Get a little silver dragon statue and stick it in a plastic mold and pour transparent plastic over it or something, I dunno XD

technically,It could be possible to make it.

1) download the free sculptris program and learn basic 3D sculpting
2) sculpt the dragon and send it off to a 3D printing site like shapeways to have it printed
3) get one or more semiprecious gems like quarts, and make a mold from some sort of clay or plaster material
4) add dragon to mold and pour some sort of green tinted resin or acrylic and let it set

idk, just an idea, more research required
