I really like this painting. You've got skills man.
So. Freaking. Epic.
Amazing! I can't imagine how long it must have taken to draw.
Holy mother of amazing!
TOO MUCH!! This is so epic I wish this scene could be in a movie or something... *squee*
Love the curve in the wings.
It's like the Fantasy version of the Red Tails! Maybe?
I can't stop favouriting all of your work; send help! It's amazing!
I effin LOVE your dragons. One day, I swear, I will be able to afford to commission you (if you do that)! You're absolutely amazing.
Awesome sense of scale. This gets me pumped haha.
I love the griffins and the mages! And I wouldn't want to be fighting that dragon beast hydra thing. Nope.
WOAH that music combined with the drawing - make a movie, guys! It's inspired me to write a new story. I shall start tomorrow.
Wow, it looks amazing! Immediately watching
Wow, what awesome majesty!
holy fuuuuuuuuuuudge. haha can i just say, THIS IS SORCERY!!!! ITS TOO GOOD!!!
The only way this could get any more epic was if you had put a green clad warrior with a sword, shield, and a sock hat on one of those birds, calling down lightning from heaven into his mighty weapon of celestial might. seriously, Link is the only thing that could make this cooler.
I am writing a short story for this. Just saying ^.^
That is one hell of a dragon/hydra thing. Those mages had better be packing some serious magic.
wow, is this the massacre wurm on the background? xD
This is epic, so atmospheric! You've got me writing music for this work, if that's okay with you of couse. I'll inform you when I finish it!
I love this artwork, and your song that goes so perfectly with it... on the up-swells of the song I could almost imagine/visualize sitting on the back of a gryphon, wind billowing past... the adrenaline rush as the gryphon dives in for attack and (in the mage's viewpoint) simultaneously throw a spell mid-dive, aimed right at the dragon's head... oh the epicness lol!... also the song reminded me of some of the music from Eragon movie... ahhh good stuff all around ...
Thanks! You know, that was exactly the feel I was aiming for translating the piece into music, the grace but also the rough adrenaline flowing trough your veins riding such a magnificent creature. Whilst finishing a wild beast with some casual spells of course
Mother Of God...
Have you read the Brotherhood of the Griffin series by Richard Lee Byers? If not, you really should. It's amazing.
I was going to say the same thing, but thought it prudent to check the other comments.
omg! i will check it out, thanks! the covers look awesome too!
